This player is configured to progressively stream a single or multiple MP3s. It loads an external text file to determine what audio file to play. If you prefer, you never need to edit the Flash file to use this player on your website. However, the Flash FLA is included. It is truly plug and play.
This player features a timer that also doubles as a load indicator, showing your users how much of the streaming file has loaded in minutes and seconds. The player also features play, pause, fast forward and reverse buttons. It also has a progress bar that tracks along the top of the player.
This player includes the Flash FLA file, the Flash SWF that can be embedded into a web page, a sample HTML file that includes the embed code and an external text file that can be edited to change the audio file name and location.
Do you need to embed this player multiple times in the same page? This player will allow you to place the file name of the external text file in the HTML embed code (a sample is included). In this way, you can create custom playlists with minimum edits over and over on the same web page.
One of the coolest features of this player is that you can place it in another Flash movie if you want. Just drag it out of the library and into the library of your Flash movie. Place the audio player any place you want in your movie and it will work. Try doing that with someone else's audio player.
You will get instructions, the FLA file (compatible with Flash MX 2004 and later), the SWF, the text file (which you can edit to change the audio that it loads), and a sample HTML file. .
